Thank you for visiting and shopping at Christchurch Stove Supplies. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping/Delivery Policy.
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Overnight * 1-2 business days £15.00 available on all goods under 70kg
* Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the UK .
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Christchurch Stove Supplies Limited delivers to addresses in The UK Mainland including Scotland and Ireland, we currently do not ship outside the UK.
Order confirmation & Tracking
If you shop at Christchurch Stove Supplies, you will receive a Order Confirmation email once your order has been dispatched containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
We are not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Christchurch Stove Supplies is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. Take photographs as evidence of damaged packaging where possible.
Returns & Cancellation
Your right to cancel
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of the start of your contract with Christchurch Stove Supplies (upon completion of checkout), or within 7 days of receipt of goods (whichever is longer). If you choose to cancel your contract you may be entitled to a full or partial refund (see below) and you must return the purchased items to us within 14 days of cancelling your contract.
Goods can be returned to showroom in person or by post (see below). Please note that we do not offer an exchange service by post.
In order to qualify for our refunds policy, all items must be in a re-saleable condition i.e. undamaged, in their original and undamaged packaging, unused and complete with all components e.g. brackets and bolts.
We reserve the right to refuse to refund items that are returned and are in non-saleable condition. Goods returned in an unsatisfactory and non-saleable condition may be returned to you at your own expense.
Goods must be returned with your original receipt and be in the condition that they were purchased. Without a receipt we will exchange goods for products of the same value at the point of sale. Unfortunately we are not able to offer exchanges or refunds without proof of purchase.
If you return a single item bought as part of a multi-buy discount offer (for example buy 3 for £20.00) you will be refunded the full price of the item less any discount given in the offer. If you return all the items purchased with the multi-buy offer discount you will refunded with the full multi-buy value.
We reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 14 days of delivery. Our refunds policy is in addition to your statutory rights.
Returns in Person
You can return your items in person to Christchurch Stoves Supplies, Unit 4 Beaver Industrial Estate , 8 Airfield Road Christchurch Dorset BH23 3TG. Our team will be able to assist in arranging an exchange or refund for you under the terms of the above policy.
Returns by post
You can alternatively return goods to us via post, please send your items to: Christchurch Stoves Supplies, Unit 4 Beaver Industrial Estate , 8 Airfield Road Christchurch Dorset BH23 3TG.
The parcel should contain:
1. The item(s) you purchased that you wish to return in their original condition.
2. Your original delivery note with the returns section fully completed, clearly stating which item(s) you are returning and the reasons why you are returning the goods.
If cancelling your order under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 we will also refund your original delivery charges. You will need to pay for the cost of return postage, but we will refund this cost if we have made an error in our dispatch, or if the item received is deemed faulty or unfit for purpose. This will not apply if you have decided to keep part of the received order.
We are unable to accept any responsibility for items that are lost or damaged in the post. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged, and obtain a proof of posting. Please allow at least two days for your goods to reach us.
Please note that we are not able to give exchanges for goods returned by post, and you should allow 28 days to receive your refund.
